Founder & Principal

Marcin Nowacki has over ten years of experience in regulatory work and public affairs in Poland and at the European level. In recent years, he has focused on engagement in the EU decision-making process as well as on Ukraine, with activities in Brussels concentrated on energy, transport, telecommunication, finance, digital, defence, construction and health sectors.

Regarding Ukraine, he addresses reconstruction-related issues, with a particular emphasis on in-depth knowledge of the Ukrainian private sector and financial instruments under the Ukraine Facility.
